Office ClerkOur client located in Nashville, TN is in need of some seasonal help through September. This is an Office Clerk position helping with service calls and dispatching technicians, in office from 9-4 Monday through Friday.Company Profile:RefrigerationOffice Clerk Role:The Office Clerk will support daily office operations by handling customer communication, dispatching service technicians, entering service information into company systems, and assisting with administrative tasks.Answering incoming calls and emails from customersScheduling and dispatching technicians for service callsEntering service and customer information into QuickBooks and ServiceTradeMaintaining organized records and documentationAssisting with invoicing, collections follow-up, and billing supportSupporting office operations including mail, filing, and inventory coordinationCommunicating with technicians, customers, and internal staff throughout the dayOffice Clerk Background Profile:Previous experience in dispatching or customer service in a similar type roleExperience working in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, construction, or other service-based industries preferredComfortable handling high call volume and coordinating schedulesStrong data entry and computer skillsExperience with QuickBooks, ServiceTrade, or similar service management software preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environmentReliable and detail-oriented with a team-focused attitude
