Production Team Lead - 3rd Shift

The Panther Group has an immediate need for a Production Team Lead in the Nashua, NH area. This is a contract to hire opportunity! This job is considered to be a hands-on leadership position in which an individual is expected to provide assistance to the Production Manager/ Supervisor and or VP of Operations. The individual will work as a part of a team, coordinating work activities, maintaining compliance to procedures, performing quality control checks, acting as a technical lead for first level problems, moving product into and out of the work area, assisting with the preparation of product for return to the contracting customer and assuming a role as a laser operator when necessary or practical. Responsibilities: Relate to staff members and workers in an ethical manner. Accurately prepare documents, production sheets and other reports and related paperwork as required by the contracting customer.
