These positions are entry-level and seasonal only (May 23th through Sept. 7th). Applicants must be 16 years of age. Hourly rates starting at $16.00/hour. All Supervisor positions require weekend hours with weekday hours that must be flexible (30 hours per week). These positions require previous supervisory experience and are seasonal only (May 24th through Sept. 1st). Applicants must be 16 years of age. Hourly rates starting at $16.00/hour based upon experience. All Assistant Pavilion Manager positions require flexibility and will include weekend, weekday and evening hours; full-time (35-40 hours per week). These positions require previous staff supervisory experience, scheduling, and customer service skills. Applicants must be 21 years of age. Hourly rates start at $16.00/hour based upon experience. All Sales Office positions require weekend hours with weekday hours that must be flexible; 20-30 hours a week available. These positions require computer skills, record keeping, and customer service. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older. Hourly rates start at $16.00/hour. This is seasonal only, from May 2nd through Sept. 7th. All Restroom Attendant positions are needed from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Restroom Attendants work throughout the daily shift in the rest rooms of the town beach. Work includes the maintenance of floors, walls, and all fixtures, providing a sanitary restroom environment for the visiting public. The work schedule will be 4 days/week for 6 hours/day, which includes at least one weekend day. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age. Hourly rates starting at $16.00/hour based on experience with the potential for an hourly rate increase after July 1, 2026, based upon job performance.All Lifeguards must be 16 years of age, RI State Surf certified with current CPR and First Aid training. Hourly rates begin at $16.00 but the hourly rate will be determined by experience. All Beach Security Officers observe, investigate, and report incidents and activities that affect public safety and security; including preserving order and patrolling assigned areas as ordered. The Beach Security Officer is a seasonal position that runs from the third Saturday in June through Labor Day. Beach Security Officers shift is 11am - 7pm and pay rate is $16.00 - $18.00/hour, based on experience. Full-time Building Maintenance positions may be available for the season (April through October) to maintain beach facilities. Applicants must have previous experience with small tools and equipment utilized in grounds management, facilities maintenance, and construction. Hourly rates start at $16.00 based on experience.
