AWS/CES is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for our automotive manufacturing client in Napoleon,Location: Napoleon, OHPay rate: up to $32-$46/hr.Shift10pm-6amJob Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, and supporting production, safety, and quality goals. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to preventive and predictive maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesScreen incoming work orders, define scope, and determine planning requirementsPlan and schedule repairs and preventive maintenance (PM) with production and other departmentsProcure equipment, parts, and specialized tools needed for maintenance workCoordinate directly with contractors and oversee performance of outsourced workWork with vendors to identify improved components and new technologies to enhance productivityMaintain reliability of facility systems and equipment through testing, repair, rebuilding, or replacement of faulty componentsSupport plant initiatives related to quality, production, safety, and operational excellenceMaintain high standards in housekeeping, safety, and facility upkeepManage maintenance records, timekeeping, and work order documentationEnsure all equipment is operating safely and meets compliance standardsPromote a safe work environment by following company policies and local/federal regulationsQualifications10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentOR5 years of maintenance experience plus a Bachelor's degree in Business or EngineeringStrong knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), continuous improvement, and preventive/predictive maintenance programsProven success reducing MTTF/MTBF and improving equipment reliabilityTechnical skill level equivalent to JourneymanProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to assess and manage operational and safety risks effectivelySend your resume to carmen@
