On the phones: - Answer inbound calls from customers needing service - Help guide them on next steps and answer basic questions - Keep conversations friendly, efficient, and helpful Scheduling & coordination: - Book and confirm service appointments - Work closely with service advisors and technicians - Capture customer concerns clearly so the team is set up for success Keeping things organized: - Enter and update customer info in our CRM - Track communication and follow-ups - Keep records clean and accurate ---------------------------------------- What Makes Someone Successful Here - You stay calm and positive, even when it's busy - You're comfortable talking on the phone... a lot - You're organized and don't let details slip - You genuinely like helping people - You can move quickly without sacrificing quality ---------------------------------------- What We're Looking For - 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, BDC, or admin support - Strong communication and people skills - Ability to handle high call volume - Comfortable with computers and data entry - CRM experience is a plus - Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused ---------------------------------------- About DeVoe Automotive Group We're a family-owned dealership group built on long-term relationships"”with both our customers and our team.
