We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Scheduler to manage timelines for high-end custom residential projects in Naples. This role coordinates with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain construction schedulesCoordinate project timelines and sequencingTrack progress and adjust schedules as neededIdentify and resolve scheduling conflictsSupport permitting, inspections, and procurement planningQualifications:3+ years in residential construction scheduling or project coordinationStrong knowledge of construction sequencingProficiency in scheduling software (e.g., P6 Primavera, MS Project)Excellent organizational and communication skills
