Work within the team and comply with Standard Operating Procedures and systems. Routinely speak with clients to ensure their happiness with our systems and services. Help plan and organize real estate transactions and act as the point of contact for those transactions. Has Ability to negotiate between multiple parties and stay on a positive course of direction. Real Estate Duties: Prepare market analysis, Prepare documents for clients, Host open houses, Educate clients on real estate procedures, and work with both buyers and sellers. Comply with National, State, and Local Real Estate Laws and Standards of Practice. Maintain positive relationships with clients and office personnel. Attend social events and interact with potential clients and vendors. Requirements Include: Must be 18 years or older High School Diploma or Equivalent. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Have a IL Real Estate License or have taken the pre-license Course Compensation: This is a commission-based position 85/15.
