Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner

A large Cancer Care department in the Myrtle Beach area has a great opportunity for an Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team. Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)Must have at least 2+ year of experience in role as NP/PAOutpatient clinical role - no inpatient workMon-Fri 8a-5p - no call responsibilitiesEach NP/PA has a dedicated nurse and will work closely with the Oncology nursing team40% Oncology and 60% HematologyChemotherapy management, follow up visits, symptom management, and routine check-ups for ongoing cancer treatmentsProcedures include assisting with bone marrow biopsies, administration of chemotherapy, and management of port careAverage patient volume is 15-20 patients per dayAdult patients with various types of cancers and hematologic disordersYou will work with 3 Physicians and 2 other APP'sEMR used is CernerCompetitive salary based on experience with $5K sign on, WRVU's, flexible scheduling and ample PTO to cater to a great work/life balancePlease refer to Job ID.
