School Mental Health Therapist Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Follows School Calendar Note: Summer hours may be limited or unavailable based on staffing needs and program scheduling. As a School Mental Health Therapist or Counselor, you'll work in a supportive elementary school environment, helping young students thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. Qualifications: * Master's degree from an accredited behavioral/mental health program * Active, unrestricted Michigan license as an LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LLP or equivalent * CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) * Experience in Play Therapy preferred, especially for elementary-aged children * Clinical experience diagnosing and treating mental health conditions * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team * Commitment to confidentiality and cultural sensitivity
