AMGSpecialty Hospital - Central Indiana Muncie campus is seeking a Part-Time UnitSecretary for WEEKEND NIGHT SHIFTS. The Unit Secretaryprepares and compiles records in nursing unit of the hospital. He/she isalso responsible for preparing outpatient wound care charts and is responsiblefor keeping the outpatient wound care schedule. This person is responsible forgreeting every person who comes to visit the hospital. He/she must answerall phone calls that come through and must demonstrate working knowledge of theswitchboard in order to appropriately forward all calls to the correctperson/dept. This position must be versatile and willing to perform alladministrative duties assigned i.e. filing, faxing, copying. Shift Differentials arepaid for Night and Weekend Shifts! Job Requirements Must have at least ahigh school diploma. Must be experienced in patient and guest reception. At least one year of work experience is preferred. Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Must be able to articulately communicate, interpret and explain complexinformation and comprehend written and verbal communications. Basic computer knowledge. Possess excellent interpersonal and human relation skills.
