Join a specialized imaging team as a Cath Lab Technologist in Mount Washington, KY, supporting complex cardiac and transplant procedures in a state-of-the-art cath lab setting. This contract position requires dedicated professionals with a minimum of two years' experience in cardiac and surgical clearing environments. With a focus on high-acuity patients including those with pulmonary hypertension, the role demands precision in scrub and monitor cath procedures. Key Responsibilities: Scrub and monitor cardiac catheterization procedures and percutaneous endoscopic support. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including cardiologists, nurse managers, hospitalists, intensivists, nurse practitioners, and fellows. Participate in weekend call rotations and provide timely responses within 30 minutes for emergency cases. Utilize clinical technology such as Cernero EMR, Alariso IV pumps, Omnicello medication dispensing, McKesson hemodynamic systems, and GE/Siemens C-arm imaging. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist. Current BLS and ACLS certifications required. ARRT or RCIS certification accepted. State licensure required. Proven ability to scrub and monitor complex cardiac procedures in a cath lab environment. Schedule & Work Environment: Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM. Weekend rotation includes scheduled cases Friday/Saturday and emergency on-call. On-call responsibilities: 1-2 overnight shifts and 1-2 weekends per 6-week cycle. Free badge access parking in a secure garage. Orientation lasts approximately 4-5 days to ensure smooth transition.
