Job Purpose: * The Residential Specialist - Shift 1 at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for providing comprehensive support and assistance to residents within a behavioral health setting. The role is pivotal in ensuring the safety, well-being, and personal development of residents while maintaining a structured and therapeutic environment. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and supervise residents during assigned shift to ensure safety and adherence to center policies. * Facilitate and engage residents in daily activities and therapeutic programs to promote personal growth and development. * Assist in the implementation of individualized care plans by providing support and guidance tailored to each resident's needs. * Conduct regular room checks and maintain accurate documentation of resident behavior and incidents. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to communicate resident progress and address any concerns. * Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution as needed to maintain a harmonious living environment. * Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the living quarters and common areas. * Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. * Uphold the confidentiality and dignity of all residents in accordance with organizational and legal standards.
