Logistics Leader

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of education, experience, and skills that enable them to excel in this position. The following qualifications outline what we’re looking for, including both required and preferred criteria:   Education & Experience: * Minimum four-year degree or related operations/process fields preferred * Previous SAP experience highly desired. In lieu of experience, recent SAP/Korber training required * High School diploma/GED Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: *        Functional knowledge of the integration points between Korber modules *        Working knowledge of the CPG industry *        Strong communication skills, both verbal and written *        High degree of initiative and ownership, as well as a proven history of delivering results while working with several different departments in a fast-paced environment *        Ability to multi-task and manage workload in a dynamic environment *        Ability to comfortably interact with all levels of business *        Ability to select, coach, develop, engage and retain a team of employees. *        Food and beverage manufacturing background a plus * Ability to adjust schedule to support 24/7 Manufacturing Operation, may include working overtime, graveyard shift and/or weekends as needed.
