You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Active Alabama State PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Recent experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with restorative therapy documentation and common SNF equipment preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Days: Monday through Friday with one weekend rotation per month. Shift Name: Other. Assignment Length: 13 week assignment. Telehealth components may be part of service delivery. Location Highlights Moundville, AL offers proximity to regional cultural and outdoor attractions.
