Job Description:
Senior Executive & Payroll Assistant Location: Morton, MN (Hybrid with Redwood Falls) Pay: $25-$30/hr What You Will Do: Manage and prioritize calendars for the executive team, including cross site scheduling and coordination with team for executive level interviews and meetings. Maintain the Leadership Availability Calendar across multiple locations. Coordinate internal communications, including gathering materials, preparing documents, and supporting company wide meetings and employee events. Assist with light corporate communications tasks and help ensure information flows smoothly across teams. Serve as biweekly payroll backup: enter and adjust hours, review timecards, validate accuracy, assist with overtime and tax rate questions, and run basic payroll reports Provide administrative support for HR and Finance, including recognition programs, small projects, and coordinating cross department tasks. Coordinate domestic travel arrangements for executives and employees, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and expense processing through Expensify. Assist with scheduling and logistics for meetings, including ensuring IT readiness and coordinating attendee needs. Requirements: 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy (for payroll support). Proficiency with Microsoft platforms. Comfortable learning systems such as KayPay, NetSuite, and Expensify. Strong written and verbal communication skills; concise and clear communicator. Ability to work with a variety of leadership styles Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information. Initiative, problem solving skills, and the ability to figure things out without heavy guidance.
