The Role: As a key player within our Manufacturing & Operations - Product Engineering & Services practice, you will contribute to the Engineering Systems capability, focusing on digitizing and transforming R&D and engineering processes. Your Responsibilities: Take ownership of intricate projects as the technical expert. Develop and modify code to meet project requirements and document your work. Collaborate with architects and solution teams to design and implement tools and applications aligned with project objectives. Maintain thorough documentation of application configurations and designs. Identify and troubleshoot coding issues, continuously refining your work. Conduct application tests and create comprehensive test cases and scenarios. Mentor team members, fostering skill development and motivation. Travel Requirements: This position may involve travel based on client needs and business requirements, with potential travel ranging from 0 to 100%. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience with a major PLM system (PTC Windchill, Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience, Siemens Teamcenter, SAP-PLM, Oracle Agile). At least 2 years of experience in PLM concepts and solutions. A minimum of 2 years of experience with IT systems in engineering or manufacturing. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in API development. Experience in Master Data Management (MDM). Knowledge of systems implementation methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Ability to manage large data migrations. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years), or an Associate's degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
