Salary: $23.66 - $31.78 Hourly Location : Morris, MN Job Type: Full-Time Job Number: 001-2026 Department: Auditor/Treasurer Opening Date: 02/17/2026 Closing Date: 3/4/2026 4:30 PM Central Position Summary Provide customer service and administrative support to Auditor/Treasurer in the areas of banking, investments, basic accounting such as daily collections; general ledger; warrant register; property tax, elections, passports, records retention, tax forfeiture and procedure manuals. Knowledge Skills & Abilities Public service agency experience preferred. Advanced communication skills required, including interaction with coworkers, elected officials, management and the public. Requires the ability to work with others in a team environment. Minimum Credentials High school diploma and two years of post-secondary training in accounting, finance or a related field; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Personal Computer Competencies Word processing and Excel spreadsheet competency required. Ability to learn position specific software is required.
