Full job descriptionWe are a fast-growing specialty retail company focused on party supplies, seasonal celebrations, and event-related products. With multiple store openings planned across the Bay Area and expansion nationwide, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive strong business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performanceDevelop, implement, and continuously improve store operating procedures and standards to enhance customer satisfactionMonitor and analyze key performance metrics (foot traffic, sales revenue, average transaction value, operational efficiency) and identify opportunities to improve store performanceDrive sales growth and ensure achievement of store revenue targetsManage store expenses and control operational costs to meet profitability goalsCoordinate with headquarters departments (supply chain, marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of inventory supply, promotions, and financial reconciliationHandle daily operational issues such as equipment malfunctions, customer complaints, and inventory discrepancies; establish and execute contingency plansMaintain strong relationships with third parties, including landlords and local partnersQualificationsAssociate degree or above; major in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferredMinimum 3 years of experience in retail operations or related roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management positionStrong customer service mindset with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to customer needsExcellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environmentPreferredExperience in specialty retail, seasonal retail (e.g., Party City, Spirit Halloween), or high-volume store environmentWhy Join UsBe part of a high-growth retail brand with aggressive expansion plansOpportunity to grow into multi-store or regional management rolesDynamic, entrepreneurial team environmentRequired qualifications:Legally authorized to work in the United StatesPreferred qualifications:3+ years of experience in the retail industry
