We are located in the city of Moreno Valley, CA 92553. We serve patients from all age groups and currently count on a medical team of 12 members (including one MD and one PA-C). We see an average of 35-50 patients per day and have an appointment-based system with walk-in availability Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We take a variety of insurances; including but not limited to IEHP, Molina, Health Net, Anthem, Blue Shield, Scan, Medicaid, and Medicare Part B.The City of Moreno ValleyOur established and growing Family Practice Clinic is located in Southern California s thriving Inland Empire. There are highly desirable communities with endless recreational opportunities, located less than a 1 hour drive to beach, and about a 1 hour drive to skiing.
