Manage and provide oversight of the Project AWARE program in alignment with district, state, and federal policies and practices. Provide consultation to school staff to support the overall mental health goals of the district. Assist school counselors with coordinating interventions with students. Deliver quality, effective student centered services to all students to improve their social, emotional and educational functioning. Document grant components including, but not limited to staff and community training, financial record, management of materials, and adherence to timelines. Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with state, local, public, and private agencies that provide support and services to students and families.
