Pharmacist

* JOB RELATIONSHIPS * Reports to Pharmacy Managers * DEFINITION OF POSITION * A Pharmacist is responsible for performance or supervision of various aspects of the medication use sytem: acquisition, preparation, distribution, monitoring, administration, and billing. * QUALIFICATIONS * Professional * Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy * Licensed and registered as a Pharmacist by the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy * Prefer: six months experience as a pharmacist in an acute care setting or successful completion of accredited residency in health-system pharmacy * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Basic computer skills including keyboard data entry and Windows-based software navigation * Basic office equipment skills including use of calculator, telephone, printer, & fax machine
