Description: Join our team as a General Manager for restaurant operations and lead us toward achieving impressive sales growth while upholding our renowned standards of excellence. In this role, you will oversee team members, ensuring they are trained to execute our QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards and deliver exceptional customer service. You will also handle various operational responsibilities with a strong emphasis on cost control and maximizing profitability. Your specific duties in this position will include: Overseeing all operations and maintaining our highest standards in quality, service, and cleanliness, with a constant focus on profitability. Interviewing and hiring enough staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations, in line with company standards and state and federal regulations. Scheduling staff appropriately to cover operations and accommodate guest flow efficiently. Training and developing your management team and crew using our current training system. Conducting performance evaluations and creating development plans to enhance employee performance. Fostering a cooperative and professional working relationship between management and staff. Providing necessary coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed. Conducting regular team meetings to discuss operational procedures and best practices. Addressing HR issues promptly, including disciplinary actions. Ensuring an ample supply of products and items for smooth operations. Conducting weekly inventory checks. Managing payroll to align with company labor cost standards. Controlling inventory to meet established company GAP standards. Collaborating with the District Manager to support operational decisions. Attending off-site manager meetings as required. Maintaining accurate reports and records in compliance with company and legal standards. Upholding the maintenance of the building and equipment through proper operating and preventive measures. Taking responsibility for cash handling during all shifts, including daily bank deposits, while ensuring adherence to cash procedures. Presenting a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Enforcing all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures. Performing any additional tasks as directed by the District Manager. Previous Hardee's or Carl's Jr. experience is a plus! Requirements: As a General Manager for restaurant operations, you must possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, along with effective communication ability at all organizational levels. Being customer-driven and able to make quick, impactful decisions under pressure, while delegating tasks appropriately, is essential. We seek individuals who have a competitive nature and an entrepreneurial spirit regarding their career growth and the company's success. Specific qualifications include: 2-5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager. Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable, insured transportation. Strong conflict-resolution skills. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities. Good documentation skills. Exceptional personnel development skills. Ability to balance hands-on involvement with effective delegation. Availability to work all shifts, including weekends. Strong references. Able to pass a background check and drug screening. Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for up to 10 hours a day. Previous experience in quick-service restaurants.
