Blending Production Laborer

Position Overview Integrity Trade Services is seeking dependable and motivated Production Laborers to support resin manufacturing operations. This position plays a key role in staging materials, supporting production processes, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and ensuring a safe and efficient plant environment. Schedule & PayPay: $18.00 per hour Shift: Permanent 3rd Shift - 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM (8-hour shift) Training Period Conducted on 1st Shift - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Rotating schedule, including every other weekend Approximately 30 days in duration Transition to 3rd Shift upon successful completion of training assessment Essential Duties & Responsibilities Start and monitor assembly and production machinery at the beginning of each shift Load reactors with raw materials at various production stages Assist blenders to maintain continuous production flow Move materials to and from production areas Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production floor Follow all safety guidelines and proper material handling procedures Meet daily production goals and deadlines Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or production delays to Team Lead or Supervisor Support other departments as needed (cross-training provided) Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Strong attention to detail Basic math skills Strong communication skills Minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing, plant, foundry, mill, or construction environments Experience operating industrial machinery or equipment preferred Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Work Environment Manufacturing/plant environment with varying temperatures Exposure to industrial equipment and moving machinery Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required #LOW1 #ZR
