Supply Chain Processes & Systems Development Lead

WHAT WE'RE DOING - Manage the suite of supply-chain systemsincluding Supplier Accountability & Recovery Program (SARP), Performance Measurements Manager (PMM) for sub-contracts, Material Disruption, CPOT, and related tools ensuring they meet functional and performance requirements. THE WORK - Act as the single point of contact between end-users and the system development team, translating operational needs into clear technical specifications. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Procurement, Operations, Finance, Quality, etc.) to gather, refine, and prioritize system requirements, aligning them with overall project objectives and release schedules. - Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and key-metric dashboards to leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring transparent visibility into project progress. - Identify project impediments, devise corrective actions, and implement monitoring mechanisms to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting qualit...Supply Chain, Development, Systems, Lead, Process, Supply, Technology
