Job SummaryWe are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing front desk operations with efficiency and professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office management tools. The Receptionist will support daily administrative functions, ensure smooth office operations, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors and clients promptly, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanorManage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messagesHandle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and courtesySchedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office toolsPerform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organizationMaintain office supplies inventory and order necessary materials as neededAssist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar softwareSupport office management activities including record keeping, report preparation, and administrative support tasksEnsure the front desk area remains tidy and welcoming at all timesProvide customer support via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skillsExperiencePrior office management or administrative experience preferred, including clerical or receptionist rolesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applicationsExperience with multi-line phone systems and calendar management toolsFamiliarity with QuickBooks or bookkeepingBilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, proofreading, and filing tasksExcellent customer service skills with a professional attitude and effective communication abilitiesAbility to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalismJob Type: Part-timePay: $ $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 - 35 per weekBenefits:Parental leaveWork Location: In person
