Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Minnesota Physical Therapy license required prior to the start of the assignment.BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.Proven ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document care in compliance with state and federal guidelines.Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and students as needed.Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education.
