The Life Insurance Agent Assistant will support agents and management in handling applications, client communications, and policy administration. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a solid understanding of life insurance processes. The position offers a stable, full-time opportunity within a warm and professional team setting. Key Responsibilities: Assist agents with new applications, renewals, and client follow-ups. Communicate with clients and insurance carriers to manage ongoing cases. Maintain and organize client records with accuracy and confidentiality. Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence for management. Provide administrative support and ensure smooth office operations. Follow up on pending policies and ensure timely processing. Qualifications: 2+ years of life insurance experience required. Prior administrative or client service experience in the insurance industry. Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM or insurance software preferred. Must be comfortable working in a female office environment.
