This role plays a key part in ensuring employees are paid correctly, records are maintained properly, and payroll operations run smoothly in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities: Assist with processing bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including therapists, supervisors, and administrative staff. Review and verify timesheets, pay rates, deductions, and attendance records for accuracy. Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve discrepancies. Maintain payroll records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Skills: Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally. Good organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable working with payroll systems and spreadsheets. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in payroll or accounting.
