eClinicalWorks (ECW) Specialist - Multi-Facility Support

Location: Monsey, NY Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year About the Role We're seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy ECW Specialist to support multiple healthcare facilities across the Long Island area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with clinical and administrative teams, optimizing workflows, and helping providers get the most out of their eClinicalWorks (ECW) system. You'll be traveling between facilities to provide on-site training, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization, ensuring each location runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Provide on-site and virtual support for eClinicalWorks (ECW) across multiple facilities. Train providers, nurses, and administrative staff on ECW usage and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve ECW-related technical or workflow issues. Coordinate with billing, operations, and IT teams to optimize processes. Manage ECW tickets, user access, and system configurations. Lead onboarding sessions for new employees and ongoing refresher training. Implement and document new ECW workflows and system upgrades. Serve as a liaison between the clinical teams and ECW vendor support. Participate in quality improvement and compliance projects as needed. Qualifications Hands-on experience working with eClinicalWorks (ECW) in a clinical or healthcare setting is required. Strong understanding of medical workflows, billing processes, and EHR best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and training skills. Ability to travel between facilities throughout the Long Island area. Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
