This position works closely with sales management to ensure timely and accurate deliveries in an efficient and cost-effective manner.This position is ideal for a strong logistics leader who enjoys balancing packaging, warehouse flow, transportation execution and oversight of fleet and drivers.Packaging & WarehouseLead daily final packaging of finished product for shipment activitiesOversee warehouse staging, storage, and material movement to support efficient outbound flowMonitor labor utilization, workflow efficiency, and space management across cartoning and warehouse areasTransportation & Fleet ExecutionCoordinate outbound transportation using an internal fleet and approved third-party carriersOversee day-to-day execution for DOT-regulated drivers, including scheduling and communicationMonitor service levels, delivery performance, and utilization of transportation assetsSafety & ComplianceExecute established DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and company safety requirementsMaintain driver qualification files, vehicle maintenance records, and regulatory documentationEnsure equipment, vehicles, and facilities meet defined safety and maintenance standardsPeople LeadershipLead, coach, and develop team.Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvementCross-Functional Coordination & ReportingPartner across all teams to align logistics execution with demand and capacityProvide operational insight on timing, constraints, and service risksTrack and report KPIs related to delivery performance, safety, labor, and utilizationPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using ERP systems and reporting toolsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Lean manufacturing and Kaizen principlesRequirements5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing operationsExperience leading teams across packaging, warehousing, and/or transportationWorking knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations and fleet operationsStrong organizational, execution, and communication skillsExperience using ERP systems and operational reporting toolsCompensation & BenefitsUp to $120,000 annually (dependent on experience and skill level)Medical, Dental & Vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time OffLife and Long-Term Disability InsuranceEducation AssistanceTraining & Development OpportunitiesAs an Equal Opportunity Employer, employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, protected veteran status or other characteristics protected by law.
