We take pride in building high-quality products through teamwork, precision, and operational excellence.Position SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support operations within our fast-paced boat manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for managing marine parts and materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the timely movement of components to and from the production floor.The ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on environment, prioritizes safety and quality, and demonstrates strong organizational skills and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities Perform daily shipping and receiving operations in a production warehouse environment Manage inventory control, including cycle counts and material tracking Prepare and process bills of lading and shipping documentation Coordinate freight shipments with vendors and carriers Stage materials to support production schedules Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently Utilize WMS systems, scanners, and barcode technology Conduct quality inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance Maintain organized records and ensure on-time shipments Core Competencies Shipping & Receiving Operations Inventory Management & Order Fulfillment Freight Coordination Production Support & Material Staging Forklift & Warehouse Equipment Operation Quality Control & Inspection Vendor & Carrier Communication Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred (marine or heavy industrial experience a plus) Forklift certification preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Basic computer proficiency (inventory systems, email, data entry) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Commitment to safety standards and material handling best practices Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic $15/hr-$18/hr
