We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to support payroll processing, HR documentation, and manage business office operations across multiple locations. What is Home Care? What You'll Do • Oversee and improve business office operations across several franchise locations. • Process payroll accurately and on time across multiple offices. • Maintain employee records in ADP Workforce Now and ensure compliance. • Assist with benefits coordination, onboarding documents, and credential tracking. • Support accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and QuickBooks updates. • Prepare reports and support leadership with operational and administrative tasks. • Help standardize processes and maintain system accuracy across locations. What We're Looking For • 1-3 years of payroll, HR, or accounting experience. • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now, QuickBooks, and Excel preferred. • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Dependable, proactive, and comfortable supporting multiple offices.
