Full time building maintance assistant for our assisted living home. Job requirements include but not limited to the following: Building repairs, follow up and complete all maintenance repair order. Perform handyman tasks for residents. Store tools, equipment and chemicals in proper designated locations.understanind of and ability to repair minor plumbing, carpentry and electrical problems.
