Position will be onsite at our warehouse 526 Charity Way Modesto, 95356The Service and Compliance Coordinator oversees daily maintenance operations, manages contractors, and maintains accurate inventory to support overall facility performance. This role ensures adherence to all environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements, including maintaining permits, documentation, and compliance records. The coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for resolving operational issues and must be able to collaborate effectively with vendors, technicians, and internal teams. Strong problem-solving abilities are essential. The coordinator is also responsible for the oversight of routine operational processes and ongoing regulatory obligations. The position requires local travel and occasional regional travel for team events, cross-training, project support, or training conferences.Duties and Responsibilities:Schedule daily maintenance, manage contractors, and track inventory.Collaborate with vendors and technicians to address issues.Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.Maintain permits, inspection logs, and compliance records; coordinate required testing and keep documentation up to date.Act as the main contact for resolving operational challenges.Quickly identify and resolve operational and compliance concerns.Apply strong troubleshooting abilities to implement effective solutions.Manage automatic tank inventory and provide IT/network support.Work with IT to maintain network access and set user permissions.Monthly E-85 reportingMonthly warehouse inventoryIntermittently order new equipment for new sitesMorning meetings to go over daily tasks and projectsCalling contractors for ETA's on jobs assigned to them for faster serviceEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in maintenance and/or complianceExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrates the ability to deliver exceptional customer serviceCapable of performing effectively in fast-paced environmentsProficient in computer literacyTESTING REQUIREMENTS:Candidate will be required to participate in the following as a condition to hire:Assessment Testing as NeededCulture Index SurveyGENERAL INFORMATIONBenefits offerings include medical, dental, and vision coverage; Mutual of Omaha life insurance with buy up option, Mutual of Omaha supplemental plans, vacation accrual and paid holidays.
