Warehouse Manager

Fit Recruiting is seeking a Warehouse Manager for an industrial supply company in the Mobile area. This role will oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and team leadership in a fast-paced industrial environment. Ideal candidates will have strong operational experience, inventory management expertise, and the ability to lead warehouse teams efficiently and safely. Salary is up to $55K, depending on experience, plus benefits and growth. Responsibilities:Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillmentLead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and productivityMaintain accurate inventory levels and cycle countsEnsure safe handling of materials and compliance with warehouse safety standardsCoordinate outbound shipments and incoming deliveriesRequirements:3-5+ years of warehouse management experienceExperience in industrial supply, manufacturing, or mechanical products preferredStrong inventory control and operational management skillsExperience with ERP/inventory systemsForklift and warehouse equipment experience preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
