Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Minimum 1 year of home health experience with a Medicare-certified facility is required (client-specific requirement).Experience using HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR required (client-specific requirement).Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 30 points per week (client-specific requirement).Willingness to be on-call or cover weekend responsibilities as needed (client-specific requirement).Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel within the assigned territory, including Capistrano Beach, Rancho Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, San Clemente, and San Juan Capistrano (client-specific requirement).Additional certifications or clearances required by state or employer must be obtained prior to start. The area includes Saddleback Church and the Shops at Mission Viejo for dining and retail within a suburban, family-oriented community. Newport Beach and Balboa Island are within a 30–45 minute drive for waterfront dining, harbor cruises, and boating. Commute options include access to the I-5 and CA-73 toll road corridors and nearby Metrolink stations for regional transit connectivity.
