Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.Active California state SLP license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Minimum 1 year of home health experience with a Medicare-certified facility (client requirement).Experience using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) EMR required (client requirement).Experience managing productivity expectations, including meeting 30 productivity points per week (client requirement). Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health.Shift: Days.Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday.Shift Length: 8 hours per shift.Typical Schedule Example: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (as listed by client).Guaranteed hours per week: 24.Productivity requirement: 30 points per week.EMR: HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) required.Travel territory: patients primarily in Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Tustin, Irvine, Lake Forest, Laguna Woods, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, and Laguna Beach; assignments may travel further south within the region (candidate must be able to travel within the territory). The area provides commuter access to Interstate 5 and CA-73 toll road, and is within reasonable driving distance (about 30–45 minutes) of downtown Irvine employment centers and John Wayne Airport for regional transit. Cultural and shopping options include the nearby Shops at Mission Viejo mall and seasonal community events in a family-friendly suburban setting.
