If you thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment and enjoy leading teams to achieve meaningful results, this role offers both challenge and growth.Position OverviewThe Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations - Second Shift will lead a multi-shift production team responsible for GMP manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products. This role initially begins on first shift, transitioning to second shift (4:30 PM - 1:00 AM) within a few months.You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence by coaching teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
