HR Generalist Position We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various human resources functions, ensuring smooth employee relations, and supporting organizational goals. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in HR practices. Responsibilities: Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment. Oversee HR administration processes, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies. Facilitate onboarding for new employees to ensure a seamless integration into the organization. Administer benefit programs and provide guidance to employees regarding available options. Handle leave of absence requests, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to regulations. Prepare and submit EEO reports in compliance with federal guidelines. Utilize Paylocity to manage payroll, employee data, and other HR-related functions. Collaborate with management to support workforce planning and performance management initiatives. Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures. Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience working in human resources, preferably in a generalist role. Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR administration best practices. Experience with benefit program management and leave of absence processes. Proficiency in using Paylocity or similar HR software. Familiarity with EEO reporting requirements and compliance standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and management. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
