Manufacturing Training Specialist Minnetonka, MN Pay : $30.50 - $32.50 per hour 26-02445 Job Summary The Training and Development Specialist is responsible for delivering and facilitating training programs that support organizational learning and performance goals. This role designs and implements learning interventions aligned with business objectives and works closely with management to identify development needs. The specialist leads instructor-led sessions for groups of up to 30 participants and ensures training content is engaging, practical, and aligned with adult learning principles. Job Responsibilities Facilitate instructor-led training sessions for groups of up to 30 participants Design and develop learning interventions based on defined business needs Collaborate with management to identify organizational learning objectives Create training materials, presentations, and course content Apply adult learning principles to improve training effectiveness and engagement Evaluate training programs and recommend improvements based on feedback and outcomes Support organizational initiatives through targeted learning and development programs Job Requirements Strong facilitation and presentation skills in classroom or group settings Experience designing learning interventions aligned with business objectives Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methods Ability to engage diverse audiences and manage group learning dynamics Strong communication and collaboration skills Education Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a closely related field Equivalent practical or transferable experience may be considered Work Experience Experience delivering presentations or facilitating training sessions for groups (up to 30 participants) Experience designing and implementing training programs or learning interventions #ZR About Equiliem Equiliem believes in empowering success.
