Office located in Minneapolis, MN.Bonus: Discretionary bonus of up to 10% Vacation/PTO: 19 days PTO, sick, and vacation combined and 9 paid holidays per calendar yearBenefits:Health InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Flex Savings Account (FSA)Dental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceAccident InsuranceShort/Long-Term Disability401K + matchProfessional Development AssistanceJob Description:The Company Project Managers work closely and interactively with client stakeholders to actively identify, and creatively resolve, project issues.Key Job Duties:Responsible for thoroughly understanding and communicating client requirements and project risks to appropriate team members and managing all requirements to ensure client expectations are met.Coordinate and facilitate project deliverables - determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time and manpower requirements, and sequencing project elements.Track project progress, review project tasks and deliverables to make certain deadlines are met.Assess project issues and identify solutions to ensure project is delivered on-time and within budget while meeting client and regulatory requirements.Actively manage scope of project to prevent scope creep without valid change orders.Ensure invoicing and billing is completed in a timely manner and correct documentation is submitted/received from client and all vendors.Conduct regular status meetings with all internal stakeholders and client representatives.Education & Experience:A bachelor's degree in engineering field required.Prior technical/engineering/project management experience in the oil & gas industry required.5+ years' experience including a minimum of 4 years project management experience strongly preferred.PMP Certification preferred but not required.
