A day in the life. As our Associate Claims Consultant on the Employer Services team, you'll be responsible for providing claims consulting services to MMA clients. Their key responsibilities include obtaining timely claim status updates from carrier partners, offering suggestions and recommendations to adjusters to facilitate efficient claim resolutions, and conducting month-end claim reviews/work for their assigned clients. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with claims consultants on complex clients. Our future colleague. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: 3+ years of claims experience. Strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience desired. Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills. Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency. Excellent written and verbal communication. Prior success and experience operating in a fast-paced environment. Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, management and peers. Strong interpersonal and customer-service-related skills. The applicable base salary range for this role is $52,600 to $98,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
