Wound, Burn and Ostomy Nurse Practitioner

Start Date: November 10, 2025 (or sooner if emergency privileges approved)Location: Minneapolis, MNContract: 13 weeks 4x8s (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 7:30a 4p) Outpatient Clinic No CallHighlights:• Outpatient Wound Care Clinic within a top-tier acute care hospital• Full-time schedule (.8 FTE) consistent patient load• Appointments every 20 minutes, up to 20 patients/day• Support staff includes MDs and specialty wound care team• EMR: Epic• Emergency credentialing available for clean files• Potential to extend long-termClinical Scope:• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and treatment planning• Conduct sharp debridement, biopsies, and biologic skin graft applications• Apply total contact casts (TCCs) and manage advanced wound care therapies• Care for all age groups neonates through geriatrics• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal healing outcomesRequirements:• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner• Active Minnesota License (required)• Wound Care experience (certification preferred)• Epic experience preferred• COVID vaccine not required• Clean background for expedited privileges
