Financial Reporting Manager We are currently working with a fun, fast paced PE owned manufacturing client on a Manager of Financial Reporting to support external and internal financial reporting, technical accounting, audit activities, process development and investor-related deliverables. This role offers strong visibility and collaboration across accounting, FP&A, tax, operations finance, commercial finance, and external partners. Ideal for a candidate a public accountant looking to make the leap or someone who enjoys internal controls and is looking for a new challenge. Open due to promotion - MANY career progression opportunities!Job Duties:Manage the annual and quarterly 10-K / 10-Q equivalent financial reports, including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&AManage month-end close including review of journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis related to lease and debt accounting as well as stock compensationManage investor relations documents, earnings releases and preparation of tie-outs to include investor presentations, earnings call scripts, and Q&A materialsSupport M&A activities, including purchase accounting and fair value analysesPartner cross-functionally with finance leadership, tax, legal, auditors, and external advisorsTechnical accounting research on complex transactions ensuring adherence to GAAP Review and enhance accounting policies Internal controls documentation QualificationsBachelor's degree in AccountingAt least 2+ years of public accounting experience - preferred Five or more years of progressive accounting experience CPA preferredTechnical accounting knowledge SEC reporting and US GAAPSOX controls implementation - preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesAdvanced MS Excel skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate Compensation: $115,000 - $140,000+ significant bonusEmployment Type: Full Time, Permanent, HybridBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
