Fast Casual General Manager

We are a growing fast-casual, scratch caf concept looking for an energetic and people-focused General Manager to lead daily operations. This is a hands-on role for a leader who loves great food, thrives on building strong teams, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. What Youll Do Partner closely with front- and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless daily operations Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team Oversee vendor ordering, inventory control, and product receiving Manage daily cash handling, deposits, and register accuracy Interview, hire, and onboard new team members Create and manage staff schedules to support business needs Track key performance metrics and adjust operations to achieve goals What Were Looking For Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Comfort using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) Reliable transportation and flexibility to commute or relocate as needed Whats Offered Salary up to $75K Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Employee discounts
