School Behavior Specialist in Minden, LA

A part-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide supervision services in a K-12 school setting located in Minden, LA. This contract position runs through the current school year, ending on May 19, 2026. The primary responsibility will be to offer supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), including assisting with the renewal competency assessment process. Key Responsibilities: Provide BCBA supervision for approximately 2 hours per week (8 hours per month) Support RBTs in completing their renewal competency assessments Ensure compliance with behavior intervention plans and best practice standards Collaborate with school staff to maintain effective behavior support services Qualifications: Current Louisiana Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment preferred Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and supervision requirements Location: Minden, Louisiana Duration: Contract through 5/19/2026 Hours: Part-time, approximately 2 hours per week This position offers the opportunity to provide critical oversight and technical support to behavior specialists within the school system while maintaining flexibility through part-time hours.
