Salary and Benefits Salary range: $90,000 to $120,000 (commensurate with experience) Productivity bonuses paid quarterly up to $3,600 annually Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are negotiable Medical Insurance: Employer pays up to 90% for employee coverage Dental and Vision Insurance offered 17 days of PTO per year (accrued) + 10 paid holidays CME allowance of $2,500 and 5 CME days annually 403(b) retirement plan with 3% employer match (100% vested after 3 years) $100,000 employer-paid life insurance policy Short-term and long-term disability insurance included Paid day off for your birthday Loan repayment available through NHSC Employee Assistance and Travel Assistance Programs Responsibilities Provide outpatient pediatric care to patients from birth through adolescence Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 or 5:30 PM (one slightly longer day) and Friday: half day Average of patients per day Perform well-child checks, sick visits, immunizations, and chronic disease management Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including physicians, PAs, and support staff Utilize eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR system Participate in quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives Requirements Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Florida Board Certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP or FNP with pediatric experience) New graduates considered with strong pediatric rotations Active DEA license (or ability to obtain) About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that is bridging the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
