The Account Executive will manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and work to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, conducting market research, maintaining strong customer relationships, preparing presentations and proposals, and collaborating with various teams to meet customer needs.What You'll DoManage and grow a book of government and contractor accountsRespond quickly and professionally to inbound quote requestsProactively prospect new municipalities, agencies, and contractorsGenerate and follow up on sales opportunitiesMaintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM (launching soon)Collaborate with estimating, contracts, and operations teamsIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesHelp expand NHP's presence in new territoriesQualificationsExperience in Sales, Business Development, and Account ManagementExcellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skillsClient Relationship Management and Customer Service expertiseAbility to analyze Market Trends and develop Strategic Sales PlansProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredPrior experience in the traffic safety or related industry is a plus
