We also offer products and services (vials, ampules, stoppers, septa, seals, caps, bottles, tubes, flasks, and value added services) to customers seeking packaging pany revenue is generated through four primary channels: Global distributors, National distributors, Direct field selling efforts, and Inside sales selling efforts.DWK supports four primary market segments: Laboratory, Pharmaceutical, Analytical Sciences, and Industrial glass.Position SummaryThe Machine Operator is responsible for the procurement To operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner and produce product per customer specification.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesOperate production equipment to produce products in accordance with production plete equipment set-up's in accordance with customer specifications and quality procedures.Produce assigned products in accordance with verbal and written instructions.Record length of time and quantity of materials used for each spect parts and document findings on appropriate paperwork as needed.Notify management of product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions and/or personal injuries.Adhere to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.Maintain work areas in a clean, orderly and safe manner to include returning tools to designated areas.Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.Rubber machine operator (molding) position requires heat resist sleeves & gloves, safety glasses, and during set up steel toe tips.Seals machine operator position requires safety glasses, ear plugs and during set up steel toe tipsRequired to wear proper gowning for specific areasMaintain good housekeeping and EHS requirementsPerform other related duties as assigned.EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma, GED or equivalent3-5 years of proven Machine Operator experienceMS Office Suite, SAP a plusUnderstands the basic concepts of manufacturingAny equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be substitute at management discretion.Work Environment / Conditions / Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to lift at times up to 15lbs.These are considered essential duties and are illustrative of those job tasks, which are fundamental.
