Your day-to-day will include: Precision Operations: Performing vital quality checks and assisting with equipment change-overs. Inventory Mastery: Keeping our workflow smooth by accurately reporting material usage and minimizing waste. Safety Leadership: Maintaining a pristine workspace and following OSHA-standard safety habits to ensure everyone goes home safe. Technical Support: Completing essential paperwork and data entry to keep our plant running like a well-oiled machine. What You Bring to the Table Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: While this is an entry-level position , any previous manufacturing experience is a major plus! Mindset: Sharp attention to detail and a "safety-first" attitude.
